Telehealth appointments
A real conversation.
From a space that works for you.
Online psychiatric evaluations and medication management in New York, New Mexico, and Florida.
How a video visit works.
You meet with Eduward using a device with a camera, microphone, and internet access. Choose a private place where you can speak freely. The office will share connection instructions; ask about a backup plan if the connection drops.
Your location matters.
You must be physically located in a state where Eduward is authorized to practice at the time of each visit. Tell the office your location when arranging care, and check before traveling. Having a home address in an eligible state is not enough if you are elsewhere during the appointment.
Preparing for your appointment.
Charge your device, test your audio and video, and keep relevant records available in the patient portal. Do not attend while driving. Confirm your appointment time and time zone, fees, insurance, and age eligibility with the office. Telehealth may not suit every need; in-person or urgent care may be recommended when appropriate.
Your provider. Your next step.
Care is provided by Eduward Grandes, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Conversations are available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
