Where care is available.
Online appointments are available in New York, New Mexico, and Florida. You must be physically in an authorized state during your appointment. We do not list an in-person patient office.
If you are in immediate danger or have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. This office is not an emergency service.
