Depression concerns
You don’t have to explain it all at once.
Changes in mood, interest, or energy can be difficult to describe. Start with what you’ve noticed.
Looking beyond a label.
Feeling low or disconnected does not by itself establish a diagnosis. An evaluation looks at the pattern, the impact on your life, and other factors that may be contributing.
What you can share.
Talk about changes in sleep, energy, motivation, or connection with others. Your medical history, past treatment, and periods of unusually elevated mood or energy may also be relevant to understanding your care.
A plan with room for questions.
Eduward will explain the findings and discuss options that fit your situation. This may involve medication, a recommendation for therapy with another clinician, additional assessment, or coordination with existing care. Follow-up helps revisit what is and is not helping.
